Revision 65d expands and updates the organizational description section to reflect recent organizational changes; revises sclert position descriptions to clarify responsibilities; and editorially revises select verbiage to improve readability, it is Comed's position that the changes do not reduce commitment and do not require approval by the NRC prior to implementation. Comed will implement the changes immediately.
