Dear Mr. Woodard:
This letter confirms the arrangements made between Mr J. Heidt of your staff and myself, concerning a meeting which has been scheduled for A)ril 22, 1997 at 10:00 a.m.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the SAL) results for your Hatch facility.
The location of the meeting will be in the Emergency Operating Facility Assembly Room of the Simulatar Building at the plant.
This meeting is an open meeting as per " Staff Meetings Open to the Public: Final 1
