INSPECTION NO. 070-00048/97-001
Dear Mr. Nardi:
On January 13,1997, Dr. John McFadden of this office conducted a safety inspection at 1310 Beulah Road, Churchill Borough, in Pittsburgh of activities authorized by the NRC license listed above. The inspection was limited to observations by the inspector, interviews with p, un 'el, selective examination of records and confirmatory surveys of Buildings 501, 101, and 602. Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were identified.
Please note that the enclosed inspection report does not constitute approval by the NRC for release of your facility for unrestricted use. The results of this inspection report, and all other applicable information available to the NRC, will be examined to determine if your facility may be released for unrestricted use by the reviewer who is responsible for amending your license.
