Dear NRC Officials; This letter submits, in accordance with 10CFR 50.4(b)(4)(iii), four (4) controlled copies each, of the revised Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station (PBAPS) Physical Security Plan and Safeguards Contingency Plan. The revisions are detailed for each Plan in their respective Summary of Plan 2
Revisions.
These revisions are being submitted in accordance with 10CFR 50.54(p)(2), and have been determined not to decrease the effectiveness of the PBAPS Physical Security Plan and/or Safeguards Contingency Plan.
In accordance with 10CFR 73.21, we request that the enclosed revisions to the PBAPS Physical Security Plan and Safeguards Contingency Plan which contain Safeguards Information, be withheld from public disclosure and protected, as described in 10CFR 73.21.
