-Thank you for your October 30, 1996. letter in response to the Notice of Nonconformance-(NON) that was attached to.the subject inspection report.

We have reviewed your letter and find that your reply to the NON is responsive to our concern. We will. review the implementation of your corrective action.

during a future V.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff inspection to -

determine-that full compliance.has been-achieved and will be maintained.

We have no questions at this time and will review the corrective action and

preventative measures which Zetec, Incorporated.has taken during a future inspection.
