Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit 2 (TMI-2)
Operating License No. DPR-73 Docket No. 50-320 Inspection Report 85-06, Notice of Violation A Notice of Violation associated with Inspection Report 85-06 was issued on June 3,1985, identifying two (2) items of non-compliance. Attached is the GPJ Nuclear response to those items.
The attachments to this letter contain details of the TMI security program which, per Inspection Report 85-06, were determined to be exempt from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4), "Commerical or Financial Information". Therefore, we request that the attachments not be placed in the NRC Public Docment Room and that they receive limited distribution.
