- Thank you for your letter dated October 8,1996 providing a list of Certificates of Compliance l
(C of C) that Battelle Columbus is currently registered to use. Battelle is in the process of reviewing the continued need for C of C 5950 as a primary user and will advise you as soon as the reviewis complete.

' Battelle has not been a secondary user of any of the C of Cs in the last several years and is l
essentially out of this type of business; therefore, Battelle wishes to have its name removed as a 1
secondary user for all of the listed C of Cs except C of C 5950.- Battelle may have a future need l
l for packages of this general type to support its decommission efforts and will process requests for use at that time. A copy of the list of Certificates of Compliance provided to us with your letter is enclosed for your convernence.
