PURPOSE:
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss in detail the mechanical model associated with the incomplete rod cluster control assembly insertion issue.

However, because of the detailed technical nature of the discussions, most of this staff meeting will be closed to protect Westinghouse proprietary information.
