Modification No. 2 to Task Order No. 23 under Contract No. NRC-02-95-003 The purpose of this Modification No. 2 to the subject task order is to extend the expiration date from January 31, 1997 to March 17, 1997 at no additional cost to the Government.
The issuance of this modification does not change any other terms or conditions of the task order including the ceiling amount of $52.300.00.
Please indicate your acceptance of this modification by having an official authorized to bind your organization execute three copies of this document in the space provided and return two copies to the Contract Specialist.
