AND THE U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance from January 30, 1997, to September 30, 1997, at no additional cost or obligation i
to the Government. Therefore, the Government hereby accepts the Grantee's letter dated December 20, 1996, which is incorporated herein by reference.
