Modification No. 1 to Task Order No. 214 entitled " Review TS Conversions to the STS" under Contract No. NRC-03-95-026 The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance of the task order from December 31. 1996 to December 31. 1997, at no extra cost to the Government. Accordingly, the subject task order is hereby modified as follows:
The second paragraph. first sentence, as stated in the basic task order.
beginning with " Task Order No. 214
" is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following in lieu thereof:
" Task Order No. 214 shall be in effect July 19. 1996 through December 31.
l 1997."
It is hereby agreed that no increase in the ceiling amount of the subject task order relative to this extension shall be required.
The issuance of this mo? Tication does not amend any terms or conditions of the subject Task Order.
