NRC-33-92-203 The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance from January 31, 1997 through February 28, 1997, to allow for transitioning of technology to Computer Sciences Corporation. NRC accepts milestones 1 l

through 3 in attachment I to this modification and technology transfer will occur in accordance with milestone 4.

i The second paragraph of the definitization letter is revised to read as follows:

Task Order No.13 shall be in effect fro hay 15, 1996 through February 28, 1997 with a total cost ceiling of $197,746.11. The amount of $190,140.49 1

represents the reimbursable costs, and the amount of $7,605.62 represents the fixed fee."

All other terms and conditions of the subject task order. remain unchanged.

i NRC-33-92-203 T.O. No. 13 Modification No. 2 Milestones

1. Beta Development: The contractor shall complete development of the Beta v2.0 software by November 25, 1996.
2. Beta Install: The Contractor shall use automated procedures to install the Beta version of DETS 2.0 on the desktop of the IRM task order manager and the 8 (eight) pilot machines in NRR. Once access has been verified by these individuals, the contractor will freeze all source code and cease development effort on DETS. This shall occur no later than December 17, 1996.
3. Packaae Deliverables: The Contractor shall package and furnish the following items to tne NRC by December 17, 1996:

A zip file copied to the assigned SDIB directory and containing th3 a.

Sybase stored procedures,.EXE,.HLP,.PBD files,.PBL source code (to include class libraries used to generate the.EXE), install procedures and other archive files as specified in the IRM/SDIB PowerBuilder Deliverable Software Standards.

All documentation developed under this T0 or provided to the contractor as aovernment furnished information, hardware or software relating to the development, testing, implementation and deployment of DETS, to include:

- Revised system test plan reflecting update for version 2 features

- Installation guidelines and automated procedures

- Conversion plan for version I to 2 including " Pre-D" and the dBase Briefing data

- Notes relating to the use of triggers, class libraries, data attributes, and use of PCDOCS DOCS 0 pen APIS and any other material created for or during this development effort

- Systems administration procedures guide / notes for systems administration guide

- Data management procedures document / notes for data management procedures document An inventory of what is included in this turnover package c.

4. Technoloav Transfer: AMS/M-Cubed shall present and cooperate with the CISSCO contractor in the review of the technical specifications of the DETS software for a level of effort not to exceed 15 hours1.736111e-4 days <br />0.00417 hours <br />2.480159e-5 weeks <br />5.7075e-6 months <br /> to be completed no later than February 28, 1997 and scheduled at the mutual convenience of the NRC and AMS/M-Cubed.
