REQUEST FOR HEARING SUBMITTED WITH RESPECT TO THE LICENSE AMENDMENT APPLICATION OF VOGTLE UNIT 3, (DOCKET NO. 52-025-LA-3)
The Office of the Secretary received a petition to intervene and request for hearing in response to the license amendment application of Vogtle Unit 3, (Docket No. 52-025-LA-3), which was published in the Federal Register at 85 Fed. Reg. 13944 (March 10, 2020). The request was filed via E-filing on May 11, 2020, by Louis A. Zeller on behalf of Blue Ridge Environmental Defense League, Inc. (BREDL).
