Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, please provide me with copies of the following:

Any and all documents or records in your departments possession, custody, or control related to construction, repair, and/or maintenance projects involving Morrison Knudsen Corporation or Morrison Knudsen Corp. at the following locations during the following years:

1982-1984, 1996: Point Beach Nuclear Power Plant, Two Rivers, WI; ii.
1996: Kewaunee Nuclear Power Plant, Kewaunee, WI; Please notify me within 20 days of the date of this letter whether you intend to fulfill or deny this request. If you expect a significant delay in fulfilling this request, please contact me with information as to when I can expect to receive the documents and/or when they may be made available for inspection.
