(2) provide for an additional requirement under Subsection C.1.3.2.2.3 - Nuclear Documents System (NUDOCS) Ooeration at no additional cost or obigation to the Government, and; (3) provide for a key personnel change in accordance with Subsection H.7 - NCAR 2052.215-70 Kev Personnel of the subject contract.
Accordingly, this contract is hereby modified as follows:
1.
Under Subsection B.3 CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION--COST PLUS FIXED FEE (JUN 1988) ALTERNATE I (JUN 1991), paragraphs (c) and (d) are hereby deleted in their entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
"(c) The amount currently obligated by the Government with respect to this contract is $1,680,000.00.
(d) It is estimated that the amount currently allotted will cover performance through 12/31/97."

Under Subsection C.1.3.2.2.3 - Nuclear Documents System (NUDOCS) Ooeration, paragraph "G."
is hereby added as follows:

All files created (transactions and full text) at the Gude Drive Facility shall be transferred to the TWFN Computer Facility on a nightly basis via electronic transfer.
Should any electronic means used by the Contractor fail, the Contractor shall physically deliver the transactions and full text files to the
'TWFN Computer Facility on a contingency basis."
