In accordance with Section G.4, Task Order Procedures, of the subject contract, this letter definitizes Task Order No. 107.
The effort shall be performed in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work and the Contractor's technical proposal dated October 31, 1996.
4 Task Order No.107 shall be in effect from the effective date through December 20, 1996 with a cost ceiling of $29,296.33. The amount of $28,473.00 represents the estimated reimbursable costs, the amount of $54.64 represents the facilities capital cost of money, and the amount of $768.69 represents the fixed fee.
