14. DESCRIPTION OF AMENDMENT / MODIFICATION (Organized by UCF section headings, including solicitation / contract subject matter where feasible.)

The purpose of this contract modification is to extend the contract expiration date by two months to December 31, 1996 at no change to the contract estimated cost to provide the parties time to request, propose and negotiate a modification to the contract for the Contractor to transition the work under' this contract to the follow-on contractor. Accordingly, Section F.6 of the contract is modified to read as follows: "The contract shall commence on August 3, 1992 and will expire on December 31, 1996."

Except as provided herein all terms and conditions of the document referenced in Item 9A or 10A,' as heretofore 6
