NRC RECIPROCAL RECOGNITION OF LICENSEE FOR 1997 Gentlemen:
The Commission has recognized the licensee named on the enclosed NRC Form 241
" Report of Proposed Activities in Non-Agreement States" for work to be performed in Non-Agreement States or in areas of exclusive federal jurisdiction within your or another Agreement State. Massachusetts should become an Agreement State in this calendar year, and this NRC reciprocity recognition will become void.
