Dear Mr. Everett:
Enclosed is an application for renewal of SNM #1179 which expired on April 30, 1985.
In accordance with your letter of May 22, 1985, the licensed materials have been placed in a lead-lined box which is locked in the chemical laboratory until such time as our application for renewal is processed. Only authorized persons have access to this cabinet. The application for renewal which should have been sent in before expiration of the license was inadvertantly misplaced due to turmoil in our office as a result of the loss and movement of several people from our office. This will not happen again. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
