(1) the key personnel in accordance with the contractor's letter request dated October 22, 1996, and (2) revise the indirect rates in accordance with DCAA's audit dated May 23.

Under H.2, Key Personnel, paragraph a. is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
