Dear Mr. Aderhold:
The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 10,to' Facility Operating License No. R-80 for the Cornell University TRIGA Reactor. 'The amendment transfers possession of the 16.0 gram Pu-Be neutron source from the Zero Power Reactor to the TRIGA Reactor license in response to your letter.of December 11, 1996.
A copy of the related safety evaluation supporting Amendment No.10.is also enclosed.
