Dear Mr. Heidecker:
On October 9,1996, the NRC administered a generic fundamentais examination (GFE) section of the written operator licensing examination to employees of Millstone 2.
Enclosed with this letter are copi" f both forms of the examination, including answer keys, the grading results for yo-
.cilities, and copies of the individual answer sheets for each of your employees. Sixteen individuals were administered the examination for Millstone 2 and sixteen passed the examination. Please forward the resu!ts to the individuals along with the copies of their answer sheets. A "P" in the column !abeled RESULTS indicates a passing grade of 80 percent or better on the GFE. Those individuals having an "F" in the RESULTS column failed the examination.
