The Historic Preservation Section has reviewed the Memorandum of Agreement and Preliminary Case Report for Francis Plantation.

Attached is the signed MOA. We suggest that the section in the PCR concerning Views of Other Federal. State and Local Acencies (page 4) be modified. Rather than saying that no other agencies would have views on the undertaking, it would be more appropriate to say that no comments have been received from other agencies.
