The Commission
- met to discuss a full power operating license for Limerick Generating Station, Unit 1.
!l The Commission heard statements and comments from Phyllis j
Zitzer, President, Limerick Ecology Action J.L. Everett, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, Philadelphia j
Electric Company (PECo) ; and Vincent Boyer, Senior Vice President l
for Nuclear Power, PECo.
1 The Commission voted 4-0 to allow the Licensing Board's Fourth Partial Initial Decision to become effective and to authorize l
the staff to issue a full power license for Limerick Unit 1.
l The Commission voted 3-1 (with Commissioner Asselstine dis-I agreeing) to adopt an order (ref SECY-85-267) implementing the above vote.

i The Commission further requested the staff to report to the i
Commission on the general performance of security personnel provided under contract to PECo and other licensees by YOH Security Inc.
