Committee to Review Generic Requirements -

AGENDA FOR CRGR MEETING NO. 295 The Committee to Review Generic Requirements (CRGR) will meet on Tuesday.
November 12. 1996 in Room 1F-7/9. 0WFN. The agenda is as follows:
9:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon W. Hodges (RES) and G. Holahan (NRR) will present for CRGR review and endorsement the general Regulatory Guide on proposed PRA applications, and the associated NUREG-1602. The Committee was briefed by the staff on this topic at Meeting No. 294 on October 29, 1996. A package containing the original general Regulatory Guide and the related NUREG report were distributed to l the members on Friday. October 18. The revised guide 1 incorporating the ACRS comments will be made available l to the members on Friday November 8.
{
i 1:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m W. Hodges (RES) and G. Holahan (NRR) will brief the CRGR on the Standard Review Plan (corresponding to the general Regulatory Guide) on the proposed PRA Applications. The staff assures that the members will receive the SRP by COB Friday. November 8.
2:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. G. Holahan (NRR) will brief the CRGR on the status and schedule of the ongoing rulemaking on Shutdown Operation and Operations Involving Fuel Storage Pools at Nuclear Power Plants (10 CFR 50.67). No background material is expected to be furnished by the staff.
If a CRGR member cannot attend the meeting, it is his responsibility to assure that an alternate. who is approved by the CRGR Chairman, attends the meeting.
Persons making presentations to the CRGR are responsible for (1) assuring that the information required for CRGR review is provided to the Committee (CRGR Charter - IV.B). (2) coordinating and presenting views of other offices. (3) l as appropriate, assuring that other offices are represented during the l- presentation, and (4) assuring that agenda modifications are coordinated with
