NRC-26 96-261 Modliication No. 1 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to: (1) obligate FY 97 funds in the amount of $88.637.00, thereby increasing the obligated amount of the subject contract from $160,012.00 to $248.649.00 and (2) revise the name of the individual authorized to issue delivery orders under Subsection G.2 ORDERING PROCEDURES -
(MAY 1991).
Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:
1.
Under Subsection B.4. Consideration and Obligation -- Delivery Orders (JUN 1988) Paragraph b is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
"(b) The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is
$248.649.00. The Contracting Officer may issue orders for work up to the amount presently obligated.
This obligated amount may be unilaterally increased from time to time by the Contracting Officer by written modification to this contract.
The obligated amount shall at no time, exceed the contract ceiling as specified in paragraph a above. When and if the amount (s) paid and payable to the Contractor hereunder shall equal the obligated amount, the Contractor shall not be obligated continue performance of the work unless and until the Contieting Officer shall increase the amount obligated with respect to this contract.
Any work undertaken by the Contractor in excess of the obligated amount specified above is done so at the Contractor's sole risk."
2.
Under Subsection G.2. Ordering Procedures (MAY 1991) Paragraph a is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
"(a)
In addition to the contracting officer contract administrator, and project officer, the following individuals are authorized to issue delivery orders under this contract:
