Dear Mr. Phillips:
This is in response to your letter dated June 20, 1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, a list of waste generators for 1984.
We are providing to you a computer list of all material licensees. The list includes the name, address, license number, and program code for each li-censee. We are also enclosing a list that describes the procram codes ref-erenced in the printout. The charge for this computer list is $11.97. You will be billed separately by our Division of Accounting and Finance in the amount of $11.97.
l With regard to the 89 current licensees of commercial nuclear power plants, the requested information is contained in each " Semi Annual Radioactive Effluent Release Report" which is submitted by each licensee to the Commission between March and June and December and February respectively. These reports are available at the NRC Public Document Room (PDR), 1717 H Street NW, Washington, DC 20555, for public inspection and copying. We are enclosing a copy of a notice that provides charges and procedures for obtaining copies of records l
