OUTSTANDING FINANCIAL ASSURANCE EVALUATION OPEN ITEMS In our July 15, 1996, briefing on financial assurance evaluation open items, we indicated that we would request the Regions te provide the status of their open items by September 30, 1996. The attached tab H shows the current status of Regional and Headquarters open items.
Based on this information, the following table shows the remaining open items:
