The purpose of this modification is to revise Article III of Modification No. 3 dated

March 27, 1984, to accurately state total amounts established for reimbursable costs, fixed fee, fixed price computer costs, and funding obligated for those costs under the contract. Accordingly, the parties mutually agree to the following:

Estimated Cost, Fixed Fee and Obligation 1.
It is estimated that the total cost to the Government for full performance of this contract will be decreased by $96,545.00 from $858,916.00 to $762,371.00 of which the sum of $557,724.00 represents the estimated reimbursable costs; $43,941.00 represents the fixed fee; and of which $160,706.00 represents the estimated fixed price canputer costs.

Total funds currently available for payment and allotted to this contract are $604,998.00, of which $426,582.00 represents the estimated reimbursable costs; $37,710.00 represents the fixed fee; and of which $140,706.00 represents estimated computer costs.
Note: G&A and fee are not applicable to computer costs.
