Dear Mr. Morey:
This letter confirms the conversation between you and myself on October 24, 1996, concerning a predecisional enforcement conference requested by us which has been scheduled for November 18, 1996, at 10:30 a.m.
The purpose of this conference is to discuss apparent violations regarding inadequate installation and maintenance associated with Kaowool fire barriers at your Farley plant. The location of the conference will be at the NRC Region II office 101 Marietta Street, N.W., Suite 2900, Atlanta, Georgia. This meeting is a closed meeting as per " Staff Meetings Open to the Public: Final Policy Statement" (September 20, 1994; 59 FR 48340).
