Meeting with AMS -Forwarded -Reply -Repl I told RIII the same thing, and advised them to get the concerns that AMS has in writing to us (then we could respond in writing-just as we have done with o*her licensees with similar requests on solubility).
I don't feel at this point that at a public mtg we could accomplish much.
As an aside, it would have to be noticed as an open mtg (it's with a licensee), and NEORSD would have to be notified, as petitioner in this case.
(We just went through a similar mtg with NIH and notified the petitioner, who i
did come to the mtg).
