Dear Sir:
i in the above Referenced letters, the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (USNRC) was notified of revisions to the dates of the second inservice inspection (ISI) Program interval for the Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station d
(PBAPS), Units 2 and 3. These revisions were in accordance with the ASME 3
Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code. The purpose of this letter is to notify the USNRC of an additional revision to the second interval inservice inspection (ISI)
Program dates at PBAPS, Unit 3.
In accordance with 10 CFR 50.55a(g)(4), the second interval ISI Program for PBAPS, Units 2 and 3 conforms to ASME Section XI,1980 Edition through Winter 1981 addendum. This edition and addendum permits an interval to be decreased or extended by as much as one (1) year, and extended to account for units that are out of service for six (6) months or more (paragraph IWA-2400(c)).

Unit 3 Second interval ISI Proaram Date Chance Based on IWA-2400(c), the second interval ISI Program concluding date for PBAPS, Unit 3 will be extended by nine (9) months, which brings the total extension to the maximum one (1) year. The revised ISI Program second interval for PBAPS, Unit 3 is:
December 23,1985 to August 14,1998 PBAPS. Unit 2 Second Interval ISI Proaram (No Date Chanaes)
For PBAPS, Unit 2, the dates will remain as discussed in the Reference 1 letter:
September 19,1986 to November 4,1998 PBAPS. Units 2 and 3 Second Interval IST Proaram (No Date Chanaes)
The second interval inservice Testing (IST) Program dates will remain unchanged and are as follows:
