We have reviewed the information contained in your August 14, 1996, letter and find that the Bulletin 91-01 reporting criteria established were appropriate and acceptable. We acknowledge that the August 14 letter and its attachment supersedes all previous commitments made pertaining to NRC notifications made in accordance with the Bulletin.
