MODIFICATION N0. 1 TO TASK ORDER NO. 2, ENTITLED, " ASSESSMENT OF DEBRIS ACCUMULATION ON PWR SUMP PERFORMANCE" UNDER CONTRACT NO. i l
NRC-04-97-036 The purpose of this modification is to (1) provide 55,430 to fully fund the task order. Accordingly, Task Order No. 2 is modified as follows:
Paragraphs 2 and 4 of the definitization letter is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
" Task Order No. 2 shall be in effect from January.2,1997 through July 1, 1997, with a cost ceiling of $69,430.00. The amount of $64,442.00 represents the total estimated reimbursable costs and the amount of
$4,988.00 represents the fixed fee."
