HRC'S ADVISORY COMMITTEE ON NUCLEAR WASTE TO MEET NOVEMBER 12 AND 13 IN ROCKVILLE, MD

. The Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Advisory Committee on Nuclear l Wacts has scheduled a technical meeting November 12 and 13, in

, Rockville, Maryland, to discuss progress at the Yucca Mountain high-level waste

'dicposal site in Nevada.

The meeting, which is open to the public, will begin at 8:30.a.m.

l in i Room 2-B3, at Two White Flint North, 11545 Rockville Pike, and run until i 6:00 p.m. The November 13 session will begin at 8:30 a.m. and run until 4:00 p.m.

The meeting will include a discussion with the Director of the NRC's-Division of Waste Management, Office of Nuclear Materials Safety and Safeguards on progress at the Yucca Mountain high-level waste disposal site. Other aspects of the meeting, including the opportunity for public commnnt, are described in a Notice of Meeting published in the December 6, 1995, edition of the Federal Register.
