As requested by your application dated November 14, 1996, as supplemented January 15, 1997, enclosed is Certificate of Compliance No. 9262, Revision No. 1, for the Model No. YNPS RPV package. This certificate supersedes, in its entirety, Certificate of Compliance No. 9262, Revision No. O, dated February 8, 1996.
Changes made to the enclosed certificate are indicated by vertical lines in the margin.
Yankee Atomic Electric Company has been registered as a user of the package under the general license provisions of 10 CFR 571.12.
The approval constitutes authority to use the package for shipment of radioactive material and for the package to be shipped in accordance with the provisions of 49 CFR 6173.471.
