NOV -5 Pd :24 As part of the environmental impact statement process. the Nuclear Regulatory Commission has identified several Cooperating Agencies to assist in the development of the Draf t EIS.
To coordinate the efforts of these agencies, there will be a meeting in fulsa. OK. at the offices of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers on November 5-6. 1996. As a representative of the Office of
