This letter submits one original and three copies of Revision 28 t.o t'he Wolf Creek Generating Station (WCGS) Physical Security Plan, Safeguards Contingency l
Plan, and Training and Qualification Plan. These changes to the security plan are being submitt ed purspant to 10 CFR 50.34 (p).
The Attachment describes the changes incorporated by this revision.
The Enclosurt contains Revision 28 of the Physical Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan.
The Enclosure contains Safeguards Information in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21 and therefore should be withheld from public disclosure.
This submittal incorporates changes identified in the reference.
