i This confirms verbal authorization to commence work protided to you on December 31. 1996, by Robert Webber of my staff.
In accordance with the Section G.S. Task Order Procedures, of the subject contract, this letter definitizes Task Order No. 6.
This effort shall be performed in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work.
L Task Order No. 6 shall be in effect from December 31. 1996 through March 31.

The total cost ceiling is $71.464.00, in which the amount of $66.171.00 i
represents the reimbursable costs, and the amount of $5.293.00 represents the fixed fee.
