requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), copies of all
records related to Inspection Reports 50-348/83-16 and 50-364/83-14 on the
Farley nuclear plant.
Copies of the documents listed on the enclosed appendix are being placed in the
NRC's Public Document Room in folder F01A-85-453 under your name.
NRC staff have informed this office that the Electric Power Research Institute
(EPRI) Report No. NP-1494 dated August 1980 was also identified as a document
subject to this request. A copy of this report may be procured from EPRI,
Research Reports Center, P. O. Box 50490, Palo Alto, CA 94303.
