The purpose of this modification is to:

1) confirm the vertial approval provided to SAIC to revise the delivery schedule under Section F.4 due to circumstances beyond the contractor's control. 2) exercise Option 1 under 4

Section B.3 for consumables in the amount of $14,603. and 3) exercise Option 3 under Section B.3 for one-year of on-site maintenance in the amount of

$18.540.

As a result, the following changes are hereby made:
