7 Contract No. NRC-04-96-037 Modification No.1 Page 2 of 2 The Jurpose of this modification is to (1) incorporate the within-sco)e work to t1e subject contract as referenced in the Statement of Work (ATTACiMENT 1).
The contractor's revised proposal dated 12/19/96 is incorporated herein. (2) 4 increase the contract ceiling amount by $81.294.00 from $774.506.00 to
$855.800.00. and (3) increase the obligated amount by $77.000.00 from
$275.000.00 to $352.000.00. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:

Section B.3. CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION--COST PLUS FIXED FEE (JUNE 1988) ALTERNATE I (JUNE 1991), paragra)hs a and c are deleted in their entirety and the following paragrapls are substituted in lieu thereof-
