CHAIRMAN JACKSON'S COMMENTS ON SECY-96-189 I approve issuance of the letters under the signature of the EDO and agree with the comments of Commissioner McGaffigan. I would suggest moving the footnote 4 to after the first sentence in the Action section, and adding to it the following sentence: In addition, a number of design basis inspections are being planned, and your response will be used in the planning process.
