In accordance with Section G.4. Task Order Procedures, of the subject i
contract, this modification hereby obligates $24.883 to fully fund Subtask 1.4 and consequently Task Order No.1.
The total cost ceiling for the subject task order _ is $194.883. Of the
$194.883 cost ceiling. the amount of $180.448 represents the reimbursable costs. and the amount of $14.435 represents the fixed fee.

The total amount obligated is hereby increased by $24.883 from $170.000 to
