Entergy - Waterford 3 recently announced the following organizational changes.
Mr. Charles M. Dugger recently replaced Mr. Michael B. Sellman as Vice President -
Operations - Waterford 3 (effective January 24,1997); Mr. Theodore R. Leonard recently replaced Mr. Charles M. Dugger as General Manager - Plant Operations, Waterford 3 (effective January 30,1997) and Mr. Early C. Ewing recently replaced Mr. James J. Fisicaro as Director, Nuclear Safety & Regulatory Affairo (effective March 24,1997). Please note that these changes will not require a change to your standard distribution list for Waterford 3 since that list includes management titles only (Reference letter W3F1-96-0137 dated August 26,1996). However, please change on your service list for Waterford 3, the title for Mr. Early Ewing from Director, Nuclear Safety to Director, Nuclear Safety & Regulatory Affairs.
