In accordance with Article IWA-6000 of Section XI of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, we hereby submit the Vermont Yankee Owner's Report for Inservice Inspections (Form NIS-1) and the Owner's Report for Repairs or Replacements (Form NIS-2). These reports describe the inservice Examinations and repairs and replacemento performed during the period frem May 3,1995 through November 2,1996 (including RFO 19). Vermont Yankee's third ten-year interval began September 1, 1993.
