Inquiries were made to the San Jose, California directory assistance for Mr. Anstine's home telephone number, however no one answered the telephone.
A second notice expiration letter, with attached bilateral modification no. 2 ($15,000.00 deobligation) was forwarded to the contractor on 08 April 1996, this letter was returned to NRC Contract Closecuts on 21 May 1996, as unclaimed by the Contractor.
In addition an unilateral
.aodification deobligating excess funds in the amount of
$15,000.00 was forwarded to the contractor on 5/20/96.
Inquiries were made to the cognizant DCAA branch office in San Jose, California for contractor's address, they had no information on Advanced Process Technology.
An inquiry was made to the San Jose.
Chamber of Commerce, they had no available information on Advanced Process Technology.
An inquiry was made to the City of San Jose Business & Licensing Department, they could not convey any information on Contractor.
1 Program Project Officer has documented contract file as the final report being unobtainable and the CAP 06 report cite a $0.00 balance. Therefore, Contract Closecuts will not be able to execute the required final closing documents for this contract.
In view of the above facts it is recommended that the subject contract be closed.
