Dear Mr. Russell:
The purpose of this letter is to inform you of an error in the referenced letter. The referenced letter provided DAEC's response to your staff's Request for Additional Information. Table 3 of to that letter, titled " Maximum Local Pool Water and Fuel Cladding Temperature for the Limiting Case (Case 3)", contained incorrect temperatures. The correct temperatures are included in the attachment to this letter.
Our original Spent Fuel Pool Rerack License Amendment Request centained maximum local pool water and fuel cladding temperatures for the limiting case (Case 3), where Case 3 was a full core offload. Our calculation of these temperatures contained input errors. The referenced letter i
was to provide the maximum local pool water and fuel cladding temperatures for the limiting case (Case 3) with the input errors corrected. In Table 3 of Attachment 2 of the referenced letter, fl we intended to provide these temperatures, however, we inadvertently reiterated the temperatures 1
contained in the original License Amendment Request. The original temperatures, incorrect due to input errors, along with the correct temperatures are shown on the attachment. This correction Mi does not affect the conclusions of the referenced letter.
