10 MR. HOYLE: The item for affirmation is SECY 11 97-008. The Commission is being asked in this paper to act 12 on an order responding to the Citizens Against Nuclear 13 Trash's motion for partial reconsideration of an earlier 14 Commission order taking review of a licensing board decision 4

15 in the Louisiana Energy Services case.

16 All of you have voted to approve this order 17 denying the motion. I ask you to affirm your votes.
