Thank you for your letters of April 12, 1985 and May 10, 1985, in response to our letter dated March 13, 1985. We have reviewed your reply and find it responsive to the concerns raised in Notice of Nonconformance with respect to Item A.
We will review the implementation of your corrective actions for Item A during a future inspection to determine that full compliance has been achieved and will be maintained.
Your response to Nonconformance B references a calculation which fully qualifies the finite-element analyses data. This calculation was not made available for review at the time of the inspection. EAP 5.25 requires that all aspects of Category I computer codes be qualified, including numerical results used as input data. We will review the calculation mentioned above during a future inspection as well as the findings concerning this Item B, as stated in the March 13, 1985 Notice of Nonconformance.
